Returns

We accept returns! Although, we are currently not offering shipping labels for US orders at the moment. You will have to pay for shipping for returns. Currently, we are not able to provide shipping labels on orders outside the US. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Orders placed outside the USA will have to pay for shipping if they would like to return an item

Customer must ship out item within 7 business days to be eligible for a full refund. If item is shipped past 7 business days, customer will only receive a 60% refund

 Purchased items that are received damaged, or broken, you must provide proof with an image sent to our customer support and verified.

If you are not satisfied with the product, then you must message our customer support and we will be more than glad to refund you. We care 100% about our customers satisfactory.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Lost, disposed or missing packages with shipping carrier are not refundable. For lost items, simply email us, and we will be more than happy to send you a new one!

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@culturecaviarfashion.com.

Cancellation Orders: You have within 12 hours to email us after placing order if you wish to cancel. If it exceeds past 12 hours, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
